Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
  • 7 cups blackberries or mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 cups Muffins! Muffins! Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
Instructions
  1. Combine blackberries, 3/4 cup sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan and cook until mixture[url href=”https://buttecreekmill.com/wp-content/uploads/2006/07/BlackberryCobbler2-300×211.jpg”][img src=”https://buttecreekmill.com/wp-content/uploads/2006/07/BlackberryCobbler2-300×211.jpg” width=”300″ height=”211″ class=”alignright size-medium” title=”BlackberryCobbler2″][/url] comes to a boil.
  2. Pour into a buttered 9×13\” baking pan or cast iron skillet.
  3. Mix together Muffins! Muffins! Mix, eggs, melted butter, and milk.
  4. Pour over hot fruit.
  5. Combine 1/4 cup sugar, flour, butter and sour cream – blend until crumbly.
  6. Layer on top of dough and fruit.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
