Wheatza Pizza Crust (bread machine)
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups Wheatza Pizza Mix
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Corn Meal
Cooking Directions
- Place in bread machine.
- Set machine on \"dough\" setting.
- When finished remove and let rest two minutes on floured board.
- Roll out and place on greased cookie sheet that has been sprinkled with 1 to 2 T of cornmeal.
- Dress with your favorite toppings.
- Bake at 400° 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
