SCOTTISH OATMEAL (ORIGINAL PORRIDGE STYLE)

Scottish Oatmeal (Original Porridge style)

To Cook: Bring 2 cups of water and 1/2 tsp of salt to a boil. Stir in 1/2 cup of cereal and reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for 3 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 cups. You CAN taste the difference.
