Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or sugar
  • 2 cups Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Mash bananas in a large bowl.
  2. Add eggs, melted butter and honey. Mix well.
  3. Mix together Pancake Mix, baking soda, and chopped walnuts and stir in.
  4. Pour into greased 8-1/2 x 4-1/2 x 2-5/8 loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  6. Loaf is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
