Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 7 cups blackberries or mixed berries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 cups Muffins! Muffins! Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
Instructions
- Combine blackberries, 3/4 cup sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan and cook until mixture[url href=”https://buttecreekmill.com/wp-content/uploads/2006/07/BlackberryCobbler2-300×211.jpg”][img src=”https://buttecreekmill.com/wp-content/uploads/2006/07/BlackberryCobbler2-300×211.jpg” width=”300″ height=”211″ class=”alignright size-medium” title=”BlackberryCobbler2″][/url] comes to a boil.
- Pour into a buttered 9×13\” baking pan or cast iron skillet.
- Mix together Muffins! Muffins! Mix, eggs, melted butter, and milk.
- Pour over hot fruit.
- Combine 1/4 cup sugar, flour, butter and sour cream – blend until crumbly.
- Layer on top of dough and fruit.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
