Oat Cakes

Serves: five 5 inch cakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Oat Scone Mix
- 3/4 cup Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
- Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Add water and gently mix will.
- Shape into balls and pat out to 1/4 inch thick on greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375° 12-15 minutes until golden on bottom.
- Cool a bit before removing from baking sheet.
