Strawberry Rhubarb Cobbler

Ingredients
- 3 cups strawberries (cleaned)
- 2 cups rhubarb (sliced)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 cups Muffins! Muffins! Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
Instructions
- Combine fruit, 1 cup sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan and cook until mixture comes to a boil.
- Pour into a 9×13\” baking pan.
- Mix together Muffins! Muffins! Mix, eggs, melted butter, and milk. Pour over hot fruit.
- Combine 1/4 cup sugar, flour, butter, and sour cream and blend until crumbly.
- Add crumb topping on top of dough on fruit.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
