Rye Bread Recipe

- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp warm water
- 2 Tbsp oil or butter
- 2 Tbsp, 1 Tsp honey
- 1 Pkg. of bread mix
- 2 Tsp active dry yeast
Bread Machine Method:
Per your bread machine instructions, add water, oil, honey, bread mix, and yeast. Use the light crust setting. Start the Machine.
Oven Method:
Dissolve Yeast in lukewarm water, combine water, oil, or melted butter, and honey. Stir in bread mix, knead till smooth and elastic. Let it rise double. Punch down and rise again. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased bread pan. Let rise till double. Bake at 350 for about 40-45 minutes
