Sugar Cookie Recipe

- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup butter + 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 pkg BCM mix
Stir butter, eggs and milk until well blended. Add BCM mix, and blend well. Chill dough for 30 minutes to an hour. On a lightly floured surface roll cookie dough out 1/4 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes. place on lightly greased cookie sheet, sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Cool completely and decorate
Vanilla Frosting:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla or lemon extract
- In a small bowl combine powdered sugar extract. Add enough milk to make frosting spread. Tint if desired with a few drops of food coloring.
