Zucchini Bread Tips
Some people end up with soggy bread. The reason why bread is soggy is related to excess moisture in the zucchini. You need to press the zucchini out well before you place it in with the other ingredients or it will be too soggy. Use a clean dish cloth to squeeze the moisture out properly for your zucchini bread loaves to end up light and airy.
