Before You Apply!

• Please contemplate *your booth layout, *size of booth you need and that *power is not provided.


• You must be able to completely fit into your booth space and not flow out into the “walkway”. Products, shelving and signage are to be kept in the confines of your booth.

Terms and Conditions

Please note, upon acceptance, this application becomes your Use Agreement and upon submission of payment, your invoice, sent via email from The Butte Creek Mill, becomes your Event Contract.

Anti-Discrimination Policy: The Butte Creek Mill Foundation reserves the right to deny event participation and/or use of the building and related property, to groups that do not comply with the Butte Creek Mill Foundation anti-discrimination policy.

Insurance: Vendors are required, at their sole cost and expense, to procure and maintain through the full time length of the event (including setup and teardown), comprehensive general liability insurance with coverage limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate, with each policy naming Butte Creek Mill Foundation, its board members, employees and volunteers as additional insureds. Evidence of coverage and additional insured endorsement must be sent to Butte Creek Mill Foundation at least 14 days prior to the Vendors use of the assigned booth space. This is an important safeguard for yourself and your company while exhibiting at a public show.

Modifications: No modification, amendment, or alterations to the terms or conditions contained herein shall be effective unless contained in a written document and signed by the parties hereto.

Right of Entrance: The Butte Creek Mill Foundation Board retains the right to enter the Mill property at all times during the term of the Agreement; including the property being used under this Agreement.

Severability Clause: This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law. If any provision or any part of any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or legally unenforceable for any reason, the reminder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and fully enforceable.

Waiver: Failure by the Butte Creek Mill Foundation to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of the provision or modification of the Agreement. A waiver by the Butte Creek Mill Foundation of any breach of a provision of the Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach and shall not be construed to be a modification of the terms of this Agreement.
