Buckwheat Waffles
Yield: Makes about eight 7 inch waffles.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cups Buckwheat Flapjacks Mix
Cooking Directions
- Beat egg, add other ingredients in order listed, beat until smooth.
- Grease griddle. Heat until drops of water skitter on griddle.
- Spoon batter onto hot waffle griddle.
