Buckwheat Flapjacks

Buckwheat Flapjacks
Author: Butte Creek Mill
Serves: about ten 4 inch flapjacks.
Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup Buckwheat Flapjacks Mix
Instructions
  1. Beat egg, add other ingredients in order listed, beat until smooth.
  2. Grease griddle. Heat until drops of water skitter on griddle.
  3. Spoon batter onto hot griddle.
  4. Turn flapjacks as soon as they are puffed and full of bubbles, but before bubbles break.
  5. Bake other side until golden brown.
