Buckwheat Waffles
Serves: Makes about eight 7 inch waffles.
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 cups Buckwheat Flapjacks Mix
Instructions
  1. Beat egg, add other ingredients in order listed, beat until smooth.
  2. Grease griddle. Heat until drops of water skitter on griddle.
  3. Spoon batter onto hot waffle griddle.
