Cinnamon Rolls (bread machine)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups Wheatza Pizza Mix
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup soft butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins or currants
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Combine water, Wheatza Mix, active dry yeast, and oil in bread machine.
  2. Run on dough cycle.
  3. Let rest two minutes.
  4. Roll out on a lightly floured board to a 15 x 9 rectangle.
  5. Combine cinnamon and brown sugar in a separate bowl.
  6. Spread soft butter/margarine across dough rectangle.
  7. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture and raisins over dough.
  8. Roll up dough tightly, 15 inch edge to 15 inch edge.
  9. Slice into 9 separate pieces and place pieces on their sides in a 9 x 9 greased pan.
  10. Cover with damp dish towel and let rise about 40 minutes until double.
  11. With oven at 375° bake until golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
  12. Prepare the glaze mixture by combining powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until glaze is smooth and drizzle on top.
  13. Glaze: Mix 1 C. powdered sugar, 1 T. milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla until glaze is smooth and of desired consistency.
