Corn Dogs

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pancake Mix
  • ½ cup Yellow Corn Meal
  • ⅓ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • pinch salt
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 6 or 7 hot dogs
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Insert wood stick into hot dog.
  3. Thoroughly coat hot dog with above mixture.
  4. Place in 370° oil.
  5. Fry until nicely browned.
