Corn Dogs

Ingredients
- 1 cup Pancake Mix
- 1/2 cup Yellow Corn Meal
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
- 6 or 7 hot dogs
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together.
- Insert wood stick into hot dog.
- Thoroughly coat hot dog with above mixture.
- Place in 370° oil.
- Fry until nicely browned.
