Cornbread
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cube butter (or 6 tablespoons oil)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar
- 2 cups Cornbread Mix
Instructions
- Mix well
- Pour into well-greased 8 x 8 x 2 square pan
- Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes delicious muffins or corn sticks.
