Cornbread
Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cube butter (or 6 tablespoons oil)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar
  • 2 cups Cornbread Mix
Instructions
  1. Mix well
  2. Pour into well-greased 8 x 8 x 2 square pan
  3. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Makes delicious muffins or corn sticks.
