Delicious Pancakes

Serves: 6-8 pancakes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Buttermilk Biscuit Mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients and pour onto a hot griddle.
