Dinner Rolls

Dinner Rolls (bread machine)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
 - 1 egg, beaten (reserve half and mix with 1 T water to brush on top)
 - 2 cups Wheatza Pizza Mix
 - 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
 - 2 teaspoons sugar
 - 2 tablespoons dry milk (preferred for taste)
 - 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
 
Instructions
- Set machine on dough setting.
 - When finished remove to a floured board and roll out to an eight inch round.
 - Cut into 12 wedges.
 - Roll each wedge, croissant style, and place on a greased baking sheet.
 - Spray lightly with water, let rise under damp dish towel 30-40 minutes until almost doubled in size.
 - Brush with egg mixture.
 - Bake at 350° 10-15 minutes.
 - Serve warm.
