Dinner Rolls

Dinner Rolls (bread machine)
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 egg, beaten (reserve half and mix with 1 T water to brush on top)
  • 2 cups Wheatza Pizza Mix
  • 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk (preferred for taste)
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions
  1. Set machine on dough setting.
  2. When finished remove to a floured board and roll out to an eight inch round.
  3. Cut into 12 wedges.
  4. Roll each wedge, croissant style, and place on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Spray lightly with water, let rise under damp dish towel 30-40 minutes until almost doubled in size.
  6. Brush with egg mixture.
  7. Bake at 350° 10-15 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
