Mixed Bean Soup

Serves: 4 to 5 servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup 14 Bean Soup Mix
- 1/2 pound ground beef or any leftover meat
- 2 cups tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon savory
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 quarts water
Instructions
- Wash and soak beans overnights.
- Drain and add 2 quarts water.
- Combine with remaining ingredients.
- Simmer 3 hours and serve with cheese, if desired.
