Orange Pecan Bread
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup mild honey
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
- 2 3/4 cup Pancake Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions
- Beat melted butter into honey until creamy.
- Add unbeaten egg and orange peel, mix well.
- Add to dry ingredients alternately with orange juice, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in nuts and spoon into well-greased 9-1/4 x 5-1/4 x 3 loaf pan.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour 10 minutes or until done.
