Zucchini Bread

Zucchini Bread
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar or honey
  • 1 cup grated zucchini squash
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 1/2 cup Pancake Mix
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup oil
Instructions
  1. Beat eggs and sugar.
  2. Stir in zucchini, vanilla, and chopped nuts.
  3. Mix together and stir into batter, Pancake Mix, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  4. Pour into a greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 5/8 inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  6. Let cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.

    When does the oil go in with the egg and sugar or after the dry mix is put in?
