Cactus Jack’s Cowboy Cookies

Cowboy Cookies
Author: Butte Creek Mill
Serves: 2-3 dozen cookies.
Ingredients
  • 1-36 oz pkg Cowboy Cookie Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
  1. Cream together butter, peanut butter, eggs, and water.
  2. Slowly add package of mix to creamed mixture.
  3. Blend thoroughly.
  4. Stir in packaged chocolate chips. (add optional raisins)
  5. Drop by tablespoonfuls on cookie sheet, flatten slightly.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
