Chewy Ginger Snap Cookies

Hint~for a crisper cookie, replace butter with shortening.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 package Ginger Snap Cookie Mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup molasses (not blackstrap)
Instructions
- Blend softened butter, egg, and molasses.
- Stir in mix and knead until smooth.
- Form walnut size balls and flatten slightly on a lightly greased cookie sheet. (12 per sheet)
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
