How to Make Muffins Muffins Apple Cinnamon Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Butte Creek Mill’s Muffins Muffins mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large or 2 small apples, peeled, cored, and diced.
Cinnamon mixture:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF.
- Prepare an 8×5 loaf pan by greasing the bottom and sides or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the eggs, oil, and milk.
- Add the Muffins Muffins mix and stir until combined.
- Fold the diced apples into the mix.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ingredients for the cinnamon mixture.
- Add half the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Sprinkle about half of the cinnamon mixture on top of the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter into the pan.
- Add the remaining cinnamon mixture to the top, and then use a knife to swirl the mixture into the top layer of batter.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing and serving.
