Cinnamon Rolls (bread machine)
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
 - 3 cups Wheatza Pizza Mix
 - 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
 - 2 tablespoons oil
 - 1/4 cup soft butter or margarine
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
 - 1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon
 - 1 cup raisins or currants
 - 1 cup powdered sugar
 - 1 tablespoon milk
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
 
Instructions
- Combine water, Wheatza Mix, active dry yeast, and oil in bread machine.
 - Run on dough cycle.
 - Let rest two minutes.
 - Roll out on a lightly floured board to a 15 x 9 rectangle.
 - Combine cinnamon and brown sugar in a separate bowl.
 - Spread soft butter/margarine across dough rectangle.
 - Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture and raisins over dough.
 - Roll up dough tightly, 15 inch edge to 15 inch edge.
 - Slice into 9 separate pieces and place pieces on their sides in a 9 x 9 greased pan.
 - Cover with damp dish towel and let rise about 40 minutes until double.
 - With oven at 375° bake until golden brown, 25-30 minutes.
 - Prepare the glaze mixture by combining powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until glaze is smooth and drizzle on top.
 - Glaze: Mix 1 C. powdered sugar, 1 T. milk and 1/2 tsp. vanilla until glaze is smooth and of desired consistency.
