Sandy Mestas
Sandy is a long time Eagle Point Resident and Eagle Point High School graduate with three grown children who also attended Eagle Point High School. She has an extensive culinary background including chef, restaurateur, and culinary consultant. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, cooking and the arts. Sandy is currently serving on the board as Culinary Consultant along with her job at the Department of Veterans affairs as Data Analyst for the Homeless Programs. She is excited to employ her skills, knowledge, and expertise to benefit the Butte Creek Mill and looking forward to being more involved with the board and the Mill in the future.
