Confetti Soup
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Confetti Soup Mix
- 1 chopped onoin
- 1 chopped potato
- 1 chopped carrot
- 2 stalks chopped celery
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon curry
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- salt to taste
- 6 cups water or broth
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cook until tender (about 30-40 min.)
- Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
