Confetti Soup
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup Confetti Soup Mix
  • 1 chopped onoin
  • 1 chopped potato
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 2 stalks chopped celery
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 6 cups water or broth
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook until tender (about 30-40 min.)
  3. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
